This pack contains two 1200 mL refills for the Purell LTX-12 dispenser system. The alcohol-free foam formulation kills 99.99% of common germs while remaining non-irritating. It is dye-free, fragrance-free and compatible with vinyl, nitrile and latex gloves. Each refill uses a SMART-FLEX bottle with patent-pending controlled collapse technology.

Check Dispenser Compatibility

Verify that your existing dispenser is the Purell LTX-12 model before ordering. The refill uses a sanitary sealed design with a removable pump to help prevent contamination. Ensure you have wall space for the dispenser unit if one is not already installed. The bottle design uses 30% less material than standard HDPE containers.

For High-Traffic Hygiene Stations

Suits facilities needing reliable, alcohol-free hand sanitising at scale. The sealed refill system supports hygiene compliance in healthcare, education and workplace settings. Not for buyers who require alcohol-based formulations or who use dispenser models other than LTX-12. Those needing smaller volumes or different bottle formats should consider alternative options.
