Questions about this item

How is the Purell 9019-01 dispenser mounted to the wall?

The dispenser is designed for wall mounting using the pre-drilled holes on its plastic back plate; the step people often miss is ensuring the mounting surface is clean and dry before fixing it so the unit sits flush and secure.

What part of the Purell 9019-01 will need replacement over time?

The plastic latch and hinge mechanism that holds the wipe canister in place can wear with repeated opening; keeping a spare latch on hand lets you restore secure closure without replacing the whole dispenser.
