Low-profile entry mat

The PURRUGS dirt-trapping door mat measures 24 by 35.5 inches and sits 0.4 inches thick, allowing doors with as little as 0.25 inches of clearance to swing freely. Reinforced edges prevent curling and keep the mat flat in busy entryways.

Absorbent polyester surface

Countless polyester microfiber fibers catch water and mud from shoes and paws, holding moisture until the mat is machine washed. The 1.165 kilogram weight and 6.5 by 31.6 by 31.8 centimeter packed dimensions show it handles daily traffic without being bulky.

Non-slip TPR backing

A strong thermoplastic rubber base grips clean, dry floors to stop the mat from shifting and creating trip hazards. The low profile suits front doors, patio doors, kitchens, laundry rooms and pet areas where a raised edge would be a problem.

Questions about this item

Will the 0.4 inch thick mat clear my older door that only has 0.25 inch clearance?

Yes, the 0.4 inch profile is designed so doors with as little as 0.25 inch clearance swing smoothly over it without jamming or curling.

How can I verify the non-slip TPR backing is gripping the floor properly after I lay it down?

Press firmly on the mat and try to slide it; the strong TPR backing should keep it firmly in place on a clean, dry floor with no shifting.

Does the package include the 24 by 35.5 inch charcoal mat only, or are extra fixing accessories supplied?

The box contains the single 24 by 35.5 inch charcoal mat; no separate fixings or accessories are included.
