For users replacing a lost Canon AC-380 charger

Suitable for owners of compatible Canon equipment who need a direct replacement power supply. Not for devices that require a different output voltage, a higher current rating or a proprietary connector not shown. Buyers who need an OEM-branded unit should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

What does the 6.3 V output mean when the adapter is powering a Canon camera?

The adapter delivers a steady 6.3 V DC to the camera, replacing the AC-380 series power supply so the camera runs directly from mains power without batteries.

How does the 100-240 V 50-60 Hz input affect using this adapter abroad?

The wide input range lets you plug the adapter into any household mains supply worldwide without a voltage converter, only a plug adapter if the socket shape differs.

What does the 6.6 ft cable length mean for positioning the camera?

The 6.6 ft cable gives about two metres of reach between the wall outlet and the camera, allowing flexible placement on a tripod or tabletop.
