Replacement adapter for eVGA InterView 1700 dual

This PWRON AC DC adapter is built to power the eVGA InterView 1700 17 dual LCD monitor system using part number 200-LM-1700-KR. It accepts a worldwide AC input range of 100 to 240 volts at 50 to 60 Hz and delivers a DC output through a 1.8 metre cable. The unit is a non-OEM charger supplied new with a free mains cord included.

Sustained load behaviour

The adapter incorporates over-voltage protection and over-heat protection to maintain stable output during continuous operation. A notice advises keeping the unit in a suitably ventilated environment with controlled humidity when used for long periods. The 6 foot cable length allows flexible placement without stretching the connection to the monitor system.

Thermals noise and power draw in normal use

No fan is present so the adapter runs silently while converting mains power for the dual LCD setup. The over-heat protection circuit activates if internal temperatures rise beyond safe limits, preventing thermal damage during extended sessions. Users should verify the DC output specification and connector tip size match the monitor before connecting the charger.

Questions about this item

Does the 1.8 m cable on this PWRON adapter get warm or noisy when the eVGA InterView 1700 runs continuously?

The adapter includes over-heat protection and a 1.8 m cord; it is designed for continuous operation without excessive heat or fan noise.

What must I already have to use this charger with my 200-LM-1700-KR system?

You need the eVGA InterView 1700 dual LCD monitor system itself and a standard AC mains outlet supplying 100-240 V at 50-60 Hz.

Will this power supply work if I keep the original 17-inch LCD panels from my older InterView setup?

Yes, the adapter matches the 200-LM-1700-KR specification, so it powers the original 17-inch dual LCD panels without modification.
