Replacement 12 V 5 A adapter

This PWRON STI-008-025 unit delivers a steady 12 V DC at up to 5 A through a 5.5 mm outer by 2.5 mm inner barrel plug. It is built for devices that originally shipped with a matching 12 V 4–5 A supply and need a direct, brand-new replacement.

Sustained-load behaviour

The adapter accepts a universal 100–240 V AC input at 50–60 Hz and includes over-voltage and over-heat protection to maintain safe output during extended sessions. A 1.8 m cable gives enough reach to keep the brick on a ventilated surface rather than tucked against fabric or carpet.

Pre-order checklist

Confirm the equipment you are powering requires exactly 12 V DC with centre-positive polarity and that its jack accepts a 5.5 mm by 2.5 mm barrel tip. Verify the original supply’s amperage rating falls within the 4–5 A range so this unit can meet the load without strain.
