SmartSite Alignment Guide

The Pyramid Technologies 3600SS is a combined time clock and document stamp designed for workplaces that need accurate employee time tracking and dated paperwork. Its patented SmartSite guide uses a three-way viewing window with an internal red linear LED to help users line up cards or documents before stamping. The side-loading feed adjusts to different paper sizes and printing orientations. The unit operates on 100-240VAC power.

Businesses Needing Combined Time And Date Stamping

This device suits organisations that want a single machine for punching time cards and validating documents with a date or time imprint. Operations that only need a basic clock without document stamping, or that require network connectivity, biometric verification, or automated payroll export, should look at alternative systems. The 3600SS provides physical stamping only.

12 Or 24 Hour Selectable Time Format

The clock lets you choose between 12 hour AM/PM and 24 hour military display to match your payroll or shift requirements. This setting determines how every punch and stamp appears on the card or document. Confirm which format your records demand before ordering.

Questions about this item

Does the 3600SS need a specific time-card size or can it handle the cards I already use?

The adjustable side-loading feed accommodates various paper sizes and orientations, so existing cards should fit without needing a special format.

Will the red LED alignment guide still be visible if the unit is mounted under bright warehouse lighting?

The internal red linear LED is built into the three-way viewing window to assist alignment even in well-lit conditions.

How can I confirm the 3600SS is stamping the correct 12-hour or 24-hour format after I set it up?

Run a test card through the SmartSite guide; the printed time will show either AM/PM or military format to match your selection.
