Compatible Time Cards for Pyramid Clocks

These attendance cards are designed specifically for Pyramid time clock models 3500, 3550, 3600, and 3700. Each pack supplies 1000 cards printed with comprehensive payroll fields including employee details, punch records, overtime, earnings, deductions, and tax withholdings.

Capacity and Daily Use

A single 1000-card pack provides enough stock for extended payroll cycles across multiple employees. The cards accommodate detailed weekly records with AM and PM in/out punches for seven days, plus signature lines and multiple deduction categories. Offices with very high turnover or many shift workers may deplete a pack more quickly.

Durability and Environmental Profile

Cards are printed on sturdy 110# card stock measuring four by nine inches and contain 30% post-consumer recycled content. The heavy stock resists tearing during daily handling and repeated clock insertions. Pyramid Time Systems has manufactured timekeeping supplies since 1969.

Questions about this item

Will these 35100-10MB cards work with my existing Pyramid 3500 time clock?

Yes, the cards are made for Pyramid time clock models 3500, 3600SS and 3700, so they fit the 3500 you already use.

How can I verify the cards are aligned and punching correctly after I load them?

Check that the Employee Number, Pay Period Ending and the 7-day AM/PM In/Out rows line up with the clock’s print head; a clean punch on the Signature Line confirms proper registration.

What comes in the 1000 pack and do I need to buy a rack separately?

The box contains 1000 time cards measuring 4in W x 9in H on 110# stock with 30% recycled content; a card rack is not included and must be purchased separately.
