16 Inch Rechargeable LCD Writing Tablet

The QIAOBUQI YT-SHC16 is a 16 inch LCD writing tablet designed for children aged three to eight. It uses a non-luminous flexible LCD screen that displays colourful lines without backlight. A built-in rechargeable battery provides up to nine months of use per charge via USB. The tablet weighs 0.6 lb and measures 34.0 in by 25.0 in by 0.1 in.

Suited for drawing, spelling and maths practice

This tablet suits parents wanting a reusable, paper-free surface for creative play and basic learning tasks. The lock switch preserves work while the front button clears the screen instantly. It is not for users who need a backlit display, pressure-sensitive input for digital art software, or a device that saves files to a computer.

Two styluses and a lock switch included

Two styluses allow shared use between a child and an adult. The rear lock switch prevents accidental erasure of drawings or notes. The USB rechargeable battery removes the need for disposable cell replacements. The sealed ABS enclosure keeps the battery inaccessible to small children.

Questions about this item

Does the YT-SHC16 need a computer running Windows to operate?

No, the tablet works independently for drawing and writing; the USB port is only for recharging the built-in battery.

Can I keep using my older 10-inch or 13-inch LCD doodle boards alongside this 16-inch model?

Yes, each board is a standalone device with its own erase button and lock switch, so they operate side-by-side without interference.

How do I confirm the rechargeable battery is charging after I plug in the USB cable?

The tablet delivers up to 9 months of play per charge; when connected to a USB power source the internal battery replenishes automatically.
