This kit contains 660 heat-shrink butt connectors in three colour-coded sizes for 22-16, 16-14 and 12-10 AWG wire. Polyolefin tubing with hot-melt adhesive creates a waterproof seal when heated. Shrink activation and temperature limits

Tubing begins to shrink at 175°F (80°C) and fully recovers at 265°F (130°C). The completed joint withstands continuous operating temperatures from -65°F to 255°F (-55°C to 125°C). A 3:1 shrink ratio ensures the adhesive flows into the insulation for a tight environmental seal.
