Compact USB stereo speaker for everyday listening

This 2.0 channel speaker draws power from a USB port and connects via a 3.5 mm jack, delivering 3 watts of stereo sound for laptops, tablets or phones. It weighs 0.172 kilograms and fits easily in a bag for portable use.

Power and audio connection

The unit requires a USB port for power and a 3.5 mm audio output for signal; it has no internal battery and cannot charge other devices. Buyers who need wireless streaming or a built-in battery should look elsewhere.

Simple plug-and-play setup

Connect the USB cable to any powered port and the 3.5 mm plug to the headphone jack, then adjust volume using the touch control on the speaker. The most common issue is no sound when the USB port does not supply enough current or the audio jack is not fully seated.

Questions about this item

How loud will the 3 W output be on a desk?

The 3 W RMS rating drives two small drivers, giving enough volume for personal listening at a desk but not for filling a room.

What does the USB connector actually carry for this speaker?

The USB port supplies power only; the audio signal travels through the separate 3.5 mm jack.

Will the 0.172 kg weight and 2.0 layout fit on a crowded desk?

At 0.172 kg the stereo pair is light and compact, so it sits easily on a busy desk without needing extra mounting.
