Product identity

The Quality Park 46200 is a pack of 100 white poly mailer envelopes sized 14 by 17 inches. They are designed for businesses that ship non-fragile goods and need a lightweight, self-sealing mailing option.

Sustained use behaviour

The co-extruded polyethylene film resists tearing even when packages are handled repeatedly through sorting equipment. The material remains virtually waterproof throughout transit, protecting contents from rain or humidity without additional wrapping.

Build and daily implications

Side-seam construction adds structural integrity along the edges where stress concentrates during packing. The tamper-evident Redi-Strip closure seals securely without tape or moisture, speeding up fulfilment lines and showing clear evidence if a parcel is opened en route.

Questions about this item

How does the 14 x 17 envelope handle heat and moisture during all-day shipping?

The co-extruded polyethylene film is virtually waterproof and resists tearing, protecting contents from humidity and temperature changes in transit.

What extra supplies are needed to seal the Redi-Strip closure on these 100 mailers?

No tape or moisture is required; the tamper-evident adhesive strip seals on contact once the liner is removed.

Will the 14 x 17 size fit alongside standard letter envelopes in my existing mail sorter?

At 14 by 17 inches these mailers are larger than letter size, so they need a wider slot or a separate bin in the sorter.
