  • Five long and seven short divider slots adapt to any layout
  • Compatible with DS91035 dividers and COV91000CL lid for a complete system

Purpose-built divider box

The Quantum Storage Systems DG91035BL is a blue polypropylene divider box designed for garage or closet organisation. It measures 10 7/8 in outside length, 8 1/4 in outside width and 3 1/2 in outside height with a 50 lb load capacity. The grey dividers slot into five long and seven short channels for customisable compartments.

Build integration

The box fits on standard shelving and stacks securely thanks to its rigid polypropylene walls. Inside dimensions of 9 3/16 in length, 6 9/16 in width and 3 in height determine what parts can be stored. No lid is included, so dust protection requires the separate COV91000CL cover. ESD-sensitive items need a different container because this model is not conductive.

Accessory impact

Adding the DS91035 dividers turns the open tub into a parts organiser with up to twelve adjustable cells. The optional COV91000CL lid seals the top to keep contents clean during long-term storage. Without those extras the box works as a single large bin for bulkier items.

Questions about this item

How much weight can the DG91035BL box hold before the structure gives way?

The load capacity is rated at 50 lb, so sustained loads above that limit will cause the polypropylene walls to deform or fail.

Does the box generate heat or noise when left fully loaded all day?

It is a passive polypropylene container with no moving parts, so it produces no noise and no measurable heat regardless of how long it sits loaded.

What additional parts do I need to make the internal dividers functional?

You must purchase divider number DS91035; the box has five long slots and seven short slots that accept those gray dividers.
