HDMI 4×2 matrix for 4K60 signals

This HDMI-compatible matrix routes four sources to two displays at up to 4K resolution and 60 Hz refresh. It supports HDCP 2.2 for protected content and includes an IR remote for input selection. S/PDIF audio extraction is available on each output. The unit suits multi-room video distribution or dual-monitor setups.

Integration notes and limits

Connect up to four HDMI sources such as media players or consoles and two HDMI displays or projectors. The matrix requires external power and IR line-of-sight for remote operation. It does not downscale 4K to 1080p on individual outputs. Buyers needing more than two simultaneous zones or automatic EDID management should consider other solutions.

Questions about this item

What is the maximum resolution and refresh rate this 4x2 HDMI matrix switch can handle continuously?

The switch supports 4K resolution at 60 Hz, so it can pass a 4K60 signal from any of the four inputs to both outputs without dropping frames.

Does the unit generate noticeable heat or fan noise during all-day operation?

The device has no fan and draws little power, so it runs silently and stays cool to the touch even after hours of continuous switching.
