Adjustable Aluminium Stand

The Rain Design NH02B is a foldable aluminium laptop riser finished in black. It supports devices from 10 to 15.6 inches and holds up to 8.8 lb. The ventilated platform and silicone pads keep the notebook stable and cool during extended desk sessions.

Check Laptop Size and Weight

Verify that your notebook measures no more than 15.6 inches diagonally and weighs 8.8 lb or less. The stand’s hooks and top panel rely on non-slip silicone pads, so ensure the laptop’s bottom surface is clean and flat for secure grip.

Passive Cooling and Silent Operation

The open aluminium deck promotes natural airflow beneath the chassis without any fans or moving parts. In normal use the stand adds no audible noise and draws zero power, while the elevated angle helps the laptop’s own cooling system run more efficiently.

Questions about this item

What does the box contain and do I need to buy anything else to use the Rain Design NH02B stand?

The package includes the aluminium and ABS laptop stand with silicone pads already fitted. No extra parts or tools are required; simply unfold the stand and place a compatible 10–15.6 in notebook on the ventilated platform.

Which height setting should I choose for a 15.6 in laptop on this stand?

The stand adjusts continuously from a minimum height of 1.7 in to a maximum of 9.88 in, so you can set the screen to eye level whether seated or standing. Pick any position in that range that matches your posture.

What does the 8.8 lb load rating mean when the stand is on my desk?

The platform is rated to hold up to 8.8 lb (4 kg) without wobble, so a typical 15.6 in notebook rests securely. The non-slip silicone pads on the top hooks and base keep the device from sliding during typing.
