Rain Design US-401 Foldable Stand

The Rain Design US-401 is a foldable laptop stand built for users who want a compact, portable riser that lifts a notebook up to fifteen inches to a more comfortable viewing height. Its carbon steel frame folds flat for transport or storage, making it suited to mobile professionals and home-office workers who move between desks.

Maximum support size fifteen inches

The single specification that determines fit is the maximum support size of fifteen inches, so the stand is intended for laptops and monitors that fall within that footprint. The 34 by 24 centimetre (13.39 by 9.45 inch) platform and four-legged carbon steel base provide a stable, non-scratching surface for devices up to that limit.

Sustained airflow through hollow grid

Under continuous use the hollow grid design allows air to circulate directly beneath the device, helping to dissipate heat without relying on powered fans. The open metal structure maintains its rigidity during long sessions, so the stand keeps cooling performance steady rather than degrading after a short burst.
