Compatible replacement battery

The Raion Power RG1223T1 is a 12V 2.3Ah sealed lead-acid battery built as a direct replacement for the Air Shields AS70 volumetric infusion pump. It arrives factory fresh in a single pack and uses valve-regulated spill-proof construction so it can be mounted in different orientations.

Capacity and runtime limits

The 2300 mAh rating supports typical infusion-pump duty cycles, while the AGM chemistry and calcium-alloy grid reduce electrolyte loss for longer service life. Runtime ends when the pump draws the pack down to its cut-off voltage; the battery cannot be fast-charged and is not suited for high-drain or cyclic deep-discharge applications.

Voltage-matched multi-pack option

When more than one unit is ordered the cells are voltage matched at no extra charge and sourced from the same manufacturing batch to keep string balance and maximise overall pack longevity.

Questions about this item

Will the RG1223T1 fit the AS70 pump alongside my existing 12 V batteries?

The RG1223T1 is a 12 V 2.3 Ah sealed lead‑acid pack built to the AS70 form factor, so it installs directly in the pump’s battery compartment without adapters.

How can I confirm the RG1223T1 is performing correctly after installation?

The pump should power on and run its self‑test; a steady charge indicator and normal infusion operation show the 12 V 2300 mAh pack is delivering rated capacity.

What comes in the box and do I need extra cables or chargers?

One factory‑fresh RG1223T1 battery (7.01 × 1.38 × 2.40 in, 2.01 lb) is included; the pump’s built‑in charger handles recharging, so no separate cables or charger are required.
