Two-pack 12 V trickle chargers

This set includes two 12 V battery charger maintainers with alligator clips for cars, trucks, motorcycles, ATVs and RVs. Each unit delivers a low-current trickle charge to keep lead-acid batteries topped up during storage or light use. The ABS shell and red-and-black clips are designed for straightforward connection. Both chargers ship with a US plug for mains power.

12 V lead-acid only, no lithium support

The chargers accept 12 V batteries in the 5 Ah to 17 Ah range and adjust charge time automatically. They cannot charge 6 V, 24 V or lithium chemistries, and they will not recover deeply discharged cells. Short-circuit, reverse-polarity and over-charge protection stop output when a fault is detected. The US plug limits use to North American mains voltages without an adapter.

Charge time scales with battery capacity

A 5–7 Ah battery reaches full in about 6 hours, a 9 Ah unit in about 10 hours, and a 15–17 Ah battery in 13–15 hours. Larger capacities will take proportionally longer, so the pair is best suited to powersport and light-duty automotive batteries rather than high-capacity deep-cycle banks. The LED indicates charging, fault and full-charge states.
