Medium cloth pad for low-sensitivity gaming

The Razer Gigantus v2 Medium provides a textured micro-weave cloth surface calibrated for all mouse sensors. Its 3 mm thick high-density foam base cushions the hand during extended sessions. The natural-foam rubber underside grips the desk to prevent unwanted movement. This pad suits players who need consistent glide without a hard plastic feel.

Ideal for low-sensitivity shooters.

The generous surface area supports broad swipes common in tactical shooters and MOBA titles, reducing lift-and-reposition interruptions. The coating balances speed and control for both fast flicks and measured tracking. Buyers with limited desk depth or who prefer a hard, low-friction surface should consider a smaller or rigid alternative.

Stable tracking during long matches

The micro-textured weave maintains consistent sensor readings over hours of play without developing uneven wear spots. The 3 mm foam layer resists bottoming out on hard desks, keeping glide characteristics steady. The rubber base does not curl at the edges, so the pad stays flat through repeated heating and cooling cycles.

Questions about this item

What mouse sensor is required for the micro-textured surface to track precisely?

The surface is calibrated for all mouse sensors, so any standard optical or laser sensor will track accurately on the micro-weave cloth.

Will the 3 mm thickness raise the pad enough to interfere with a low-profile keyboard front edge?

At 3 mm thick the pad sits low on the desk, and the non-slip rubber base keeps it flat without lifting the front edge into keyboard space.

How can I verify the non-slip base is gripping properly after placing the pad?

Press down on the centre and try to slide the pad; the natural-foam rubber base should resist movement and keep the mat fixed in position.
