Questions about this item

Will the IP68 case still seal properly if my iPad Air 10.9 2020 already has a tempered-glass screen protector installed?

The case has a built-in screen protector, so remove any existing glass first; the dual-layer design then provides 360-degree protection and maintains the IP68 seal.

How can I verify the IP68 rating is intact after I snap the case on?

Submerge the sealed case in 3.3 ft of water for up to 1 hour; if no moisture appears inside, the IP68 protection is working as intended.

Does the box include the shoulder strap and kickstand shown in photos, or are they sold separately?

The package contains the protective case, one lanyard, one cleaning cloth, one user manual and one kickstand — everything shown is included.
