Compact 61-Key Layout

The Redragon cstar61 is a 60 percent mechanical gaming keyboard with 61 keys and linear red switches. Its small footprint saves desk space for both gaming and office use. A detachable Type-C cable provides a wired USB connection without extra software.

Blue LED Effects and Accessories

Nineteen blue LED light effects let you adjust the backlighting to suit the environment. The bundle includes a keycap puller and an instruction sheet for basic customisation and maintenance. Two-colour injection keycaps are designed to resist wear over time.

Wired USB Limits

The 1.5 metre cable restricts placement to within reach of a single USB port on the host device. Compatibility is listed for Windows 2000, 7, 8 and 10 with no driver installation required. Buyers needing wireless freedom or multi-device switching should consider other form factors.

Questions about this item

Will the linear red switches need lubrication or replacement after heavy daily use?

The linear red switches are rated for long life and do not require lubrication; the two-colour injection keycaps resist shine and the included keycap puller lets you remove caps for cleaning if needed.

What limits performance first during extended gaming sessions with N-key rollover active?

The wired USB connection and 61-key layout with full N-key rollover remove ghosting bottlenecks, so the practical limit is the host system USB polling rate rather than the keyboard itself.

How much heat or noise does the keyboard produce when the blue LED effects run all day?

The keyboard draws power only through the 1.5 m detachable Type-C cable, runs cool with no active cooling, and the linear red switches generate a quiet click sound that stays low even with 19 lighting effects enabled.
