Redragon GS524 stereo speaker system

The Redragon GS524 is a 2.0 channel desktop speaker set finished in black and gunmetal. It delivers 10 watts of total power through two drivers in a single sound-bar enclosure measuring 6.0 in x 4.5 in x 8.0 in. The unit weighs .971 kilograms and connects via USB or Bluetooth for broad device compatibility.

Sustained output with dual-diaphragm design

Each channel provides 10 watts RMS through a unique booster and two independent diaphragms per side. The frequency response reaches 20 hertz for deeper low-end presence during extended listening sessions. No driver or software installation is required, so the system remains stable across long periods of use without additional overhead.

USB power and Bluetooth pairing limits

The speaker draws power exclusively from a USB port, so it must stay tethered to a host or adapter even in Bluetooth mode. Pairing uses the device name N615, and holding the light button for three seconds clears the Bluetooth memory for a fresh connection. RGB lighting syncs to music rhythm but cannot operate without the USB power link.

Questions about this item

How loud does the GS524 get when running at its full 10 W output all day?

The GS524 is rated at 10 watts total RMS power. At that level it fills a typical desk area without distortion, and the compact enclosure stays cool because the amplifier is low-power.

What must I already have to power the GS524 over USB?

You need a standard USB-A port that can supply 5 V power — any laptop, desktop, monitor hub or phone charger with a USB-A socket works. No driver or extra adapter is required.

Will the GS524’s Bluetooth 615 pairing conflict with an older USB-only speaker I keep plugged in?

The GS524 pairs as device name N615. It uses the USB port only for power, so an older USB-audio speaker on a different port operates independently with no interference.
