Gaming keyboard for play and work

The Redragon K512 Shiva is a white USB gaming keyboard built with membrane switches that deliver a mechanical feel. Six dedicated macro keys (G1–G6) can be programmed on the fly without extra software. Twenty-six anti-ghosting keys register simultaneous presses for fast, accurate input. A detachable magnetic wrist rest adds ergonomic support for long sessions.

Thermals noise and power draw

Membrane construction means no moving mechanical parts, so the keyboard runs silently and draws minimal power over the USB connection. There is no active cooling and no audible fan or pump noise. Keycaps are double-shot injection moulded to resist wear, and the unit is rated for ten million keystrokes, keeping performance consistent without added heat.

Build fit and requirements

The keyboard connects through a single USB port and works immediately for gaming or office tasks. Dedicated media controls handle play, pause and skip without leaving the application. Professional software is available for custom RGB backlight effects and advanced macro configuration. Buyers who need true mechanical switches or wireless connectivity will need a different model.

Questions about this item

How do I connect the USB keyboard and ensure the detachable magnetic wrist rest is attached correctly?

Plug the USB cable into a free port on the PC; the keyboard is recognised instantly with no driver needed. Snap the wrist rest onto the magnetic connectors at the bottom edge until it clicks into place.

What parts will need replacement after heavy use and how durable are the keycaps?

The switches are rated for 10 million keystrokes and the double-shot injection moulded keycaps resist fading, so neither should need replacement under normal gaming or office workloads.

How many simultaneous key presses register reliably during long gaming sessions?

The 26 anti-ghosting keys guarantee that every press among those keys is registered at once, preventing missed inputs during sustained gameplay.
