Full-size 104-key layout

The Redragon K525 is a full-size wired membrane keyboard with 104 keys and a dedicated wrist rest. It is aimed at gamers and typists who want RGB lighting, macro keys and media controls without the cost of a mechanical board.

Four onboard macro keys

Four dedicated G-keys (G1–G4) record and play macros on the fly without software, adding quick command chains for MMO or MOBA play. The jump from a standard office keyboard is worth it when you need those extra programmable keys and 26-key anti-ghosting for simultaneous presses.

Wired USB connection

The keyboard relies on a wired USB link for power and data, so there is no battery to charge and no wireless latency to manage. The cable length is fixed by the manufacturer and the board has no onboard memory for profiles beyond the six custom lighting slots.

Questions about this item

Does the keyboard require any special mounting hardware or desk space beyond a standard USB port?

The keyboard is a full-size 104-key wired model that connects via USB and includes a dedicated wrist rest, so it only needs a flat desk surface and a free USB port.

How do I program the four onboard macro keys (G1–G4) without installing software?

The four macro keys are programmable on the fly; press the designated record key combination, type the desired sequence, then assign it to G1 through G4 — no software installation is required for basic macro recording.

Are the key switches replaceable if they wear out over time?

The keyboard uses membrane switches with a linear mechanical feel; the switches are not hot-swappable and are not designed for individual user replacement.
