Redragon K729 PRO 80% Gasket Keyboard

The Redragon K729 PRO is an 80% gasket-mounted mechanical keyboard built for gaming and daily typing. It uses a precision-locked cover design with silicone gaskets instead of traditional screws to reduce rigid noise and provide even feedback. A five-layer dampening stack including 3.5 mm PO foam, IXPE switch foam, PET sound pad, bottom socket foam and a silicone bottom pad further cuts hollow acoustics for a softer feel.

Users wanting silent switches

This keyboard suits users who want a quiet, cushioned typing experience from the custom Silent Peach switches combined with the gasket structure and extra LED lens for south-facing RGB. It also fits anyone needing three connection modes: USB-C wired, Bluetooth and 2.4 GHz wireless. Buyers who require dedicated function keys or a full numeric keypad should look at something else because the 80% layout omits them.

Custom Silent Peach linear switches

The single specification that decides fit is the factory-installed Silent Peach switch, a linear switch designed for a creamy, cushioned and silent keystroke. The south-facing socket is hot-swappable so switches can be changed later, but the board ships with this specific silent switch only. If you prefer clicky or tactile feedback out of the box, this is not the right part.
