Compact TKL layout with stream controls

The Redragon K87 Pro is an 80% tenkeyless mechanical keyboard built for gamers and streamers who want quick access to macros and media functions without a full-size board. It combines tactile switches, a gasket-mounted structure and hot-swap sockets with six built-in LCD keys and three rotary knobs.

Wired USB connection limits mobility

Because the keyboard is wired, it must remain physically tethered to the host computer for both power and data. This rules out use with phones, tablets or any device that lacks a standard USB port, and it prevents wireless operation or Bluetooth pairing entirely.

Check USB port availability and OS support

Ensure your Windows or macOS system has a free USB port for the wired connection before ordering. The companion software required for LCD customisation, macro programming and full RGB control runs only on those two operating systems, so Linux or Chrome OS users will not have access to advanced features.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 80% TKL layout or a full-size board for my desk?

The 80% TKL layout removes the numeric keypad, saving desk width while keeping function, arrow and navigation keys for gaming and work.

What does the 16.8M RGB figure mean once the keyboard is on my desk?

16.8M RGB means each key can display millions of colours, letting you match lighting themes or highlight key groups through the software.

What interface does the wired connection use and what does it limit?

The wired USB connection gives plug-and-play operation on Windows and macOS with no battery charging, but it tethers the board to the PC.
