Wireless 2.4 GHz Gaming Mouse

The Redragon M690-1 is a wireless gaming mouse that connects via a 2.4 GHz USB receiver. It uses an optical sensor with a maximum resolution of 2400 DPI. The mouse is designed for right-handed users and includes eight buttons, among them two side buttons. It is powered by a single AA battery, which is not included in the package.

DPI Switching And Polling Options

This mouse replaces a basic office mouse by adding five adjustable DPI levels: 800, 1200, 1600, 2000, and 2400. Two dedicated buttons let you cycle through these settings, with an indicator light showing the active level. You can also choose between two polling rates, 125 Hz and 250 Hz. The upgrade is worth it when you need on-the-fly sensitivity changes without installing driver software.

Battery Life And System Compatibility

The mouse enters sleep mode after eight minutes of inactivity to extend battery life and wakes with any button press. The manufacturer states a durability rating of 10 million clicks. Wireless range reaches up to 10 metres or 30 feet. It works with Windows 7, 8, 10, XP, Vista, ME, 2000 and Mac OS 10.x, though the side buttons do not function on Mac OS.
