Purpose & Fit

The Reelcraft 2-HR1004-3 is a solid moulded rubber bumper designed for hose reels. It lets operators fix a chosen length of hose or cord permanently outside the drum. The part ships with plated steel hardware and fits the reel models 2Z865, 3VE29 and 4HK90.

Mounting Limits

Installation requires the correct reel model, hose inside and outside diameters or cord AWG and conductor count. Without those details the bumper cannot be positioned accurately. The component is not intended for reels outside the listed series or for applications that demand a different mounting pattern.

Critical Spec

The adjustable rubber construction provides a non-slip grip and long service life on compatible reels. Buyers who need a bumper for a different reel series or a non-standard hose size will find this part unsuitable.
