ACME 625 Compatible Battery Kit

This kit provides a direct replacement battery for the ACME 625 security system. It contains a single 12V7A sealed lead-acid unit designed for high-rate discharge. The product arrives new and factory fresh, ready for immediate installation. It restores backup power to the connected security panel.

Factory Fresh High Rate Discharge Cell

The bundled battery uses a high-rate discharge chemistry suited to security system demands. Being factory fresh means it has not sat on shelves losing capacity before installation. No additional cables, mounting brackets or management software are included in the package. The kit is limited to the single battery cartridge itself.

Ideal for ACME 625 Panel Owners

This suits installers or owners who need a like-for-like 12V7A cartridge for the ACME 625 platform. Buyers who require a different voltage, capacity or form factor should look at other listings. Systems that take multiple batteries or a larger amp-hour rating are not supported by this single unit.

Questions about this item

Will the 12 V 7 A SLA battery in the kit need periodic replacement?

Yes, sealed lead-acid cells degrade over time; plan to swap the cartridge every three to five years for reliable backup.

What limits runtime during a prolonged outage?

The single 12 V 7 Ah cell sets the energy reserve, so extended blackouts will drain it faster than larger packs.

Does the sealed lead-acid cell produce audible noise or significant heat while the security system runs continuously?

The battery operates silently and stays near ambient temperature during normal float charging.
