Compatible Replacement Battery Kit

This RefurbUPS kit supplies two 12V12A sealed lead-acid batteries built to fit the Altronix AL1012ULXPD8CB security system. It is intended for installers and facility managers who need a direct swap for depleted backup cells in alarm panels or access-control supplies.

Simple Two-Unit Installation

Each battery slots into the existing cartridge tray without tools or soldering, so the swap takes minutes. The only common issue is reversed polarity if the leads are hurried; confirming the terminal orientation before tightening prevents a blown fuse or damaged charger board.

Questions about this item

How do I verify the two 12V12A SLA batteries are delivering power to my Altronix system after installation?

Measure the voltage at the battery terminals with a multimeter; each 12V12A unit should read close to 12 volts and the alarm panel should show normal battery status without fault codes.

What comes in the kit and do I need any extra cables or connectors?

The kit includes two 12V12A high-rate discharge SLA batteries only; reuse the existing wiring harness and connectors from the Altronix AL1012ULXPD8CB cartridge.
