Questions about this item

Will the two 12V12A batteries in this kit fit the existing battery compartment of my Altronix AL642ULADA panel?

The kit contains two 12V12A SLA batteries sized to match the original AL642ULADA cartridge dimensions, so they seat in the same compartment without modification.

How can I confirm the kit is working after I install it in the AL642ULADA?

Power the panel, allow the batteries to charge fully, then run the panel's self-test or simulate a mains failure; the system should hold load and report normal battery status.
