What this battery replaces

The RefurbUPS CSB GP670 is a factory-fresh 6 V 9 Ah sealed lead-acid unit built to replace the original cartridge in compatible UPS systems. It arrives ready for immediate installation with step-by-step instructions included.

When the upgrade makes sense

Swap the old pack when runtime has dropped noticeably or the UPS signals a battery fault. The high-rate discharge design restores the original backup window for servers and network gear that cannot tolerate unexpected shutdowns.

Limits of the sealed lead-acid design

Capacity will gradually decline with age and temperature, so plan on periodic replacement cycles. The single 6 V block cannot be paralleled for longer runtime without a matching UPS chassis that supports additional strings.
