Compatible 6V 7A SLA battery kit

This replacement kit provides a single 6V 7A sealed lead-acid battery built for emergency lighting units. It matches the Emergi-Lite 80021 specification and uses a T1/F1 terminal layout for direct fitment. The cartridge is supplied new and ready for installation in compatible fixtures.

Maintenance-free design with high-rate discharge

The sealed construction eliminates electrolyte checks and allows mounting in any orientation. High-rate discharge chemistry delivers the instant current required by emergency lighting circuits during a power loss. Normal operation runs silently with no moving parts and negligible self-discharge.

Questions about this item

How is the Emergi-Lite 80021 battery installed, and what connector detail often gets missed?

The kit contains one 6V7Ah SLA cell with T1/F1 faston terminals; the common mistake is forcing the spade connectors onto the wrong polarity or leaving them loose, which causes high resistance and early failure.

What maintenance or replacement will the Emergi-Lite 80021 need later?

As a sealed lead-acid unit it requires no watering; plan to replace the cartridge every three to five years or when the emergency lighting self-test indicates reduced runtime.
