6V7A SLA battery kit for emergency lighting

This replacement kit contains a single 6V7A sealed lead-acid battery built to the EP66036 form factor. It is designed for owners of compatible emergency lighting units who need a direct swap when the original cells reach end of life. The T1/F1 terminal layout matches the factory connector so no rewiring is required. Installers can restore backup illumination without sourcing individual cells.

T1/F1 terminal layout simplifies installation

The F1 faston tabs let the battery slide into the existing harness and lock in place with a firm push. No soldering, adapter cables or crimp tools are needed, which reduces service time on ladder work. The high-rate discharge chemistry supports the short-duration loads typical of emergency egress fixtures. Buyers needing a different voltage, capacity or terminal style will need a separate part number.

Questions about this item

How often will the 6V 7Ah SLA battery need replacing?

Under normal float service the sealed lead-acid cell typically lasts three to five years before capacity drops below useful levels.

What limits continuous runtime during a prolonged outage?

The 7 Ah rating at the standard discharge rate sets the total energy available, so runtime ends when that stored charge is exhausted.
