RefurbUPS EP666 UPS replacement battery 6V7A

The RefurbUPS EP666 is a new, high-rate discharge sealed lead-acid battery rated at 6 volts and 7 ampere-hours. It serves as a direct replacement cartridge for compatible UPS units and emergency lighting systems. The package contains a single battery with T1/F1 terminals for straightforward installation.

Capacity and headroom

The 7 Ah capacity provides reliable backup power for typical UPS loads and emergency lighting circuits during outages. Runtime will decrease under heavier current draw, so the battery suits standard load profiles rather than extended high-wattage demands. It is not intended for applications requiring larger ampere-hour reserves or alternative terminal types.

Questions about this item

Will the T1/F1 terminals on this EP666 battery connect to the wiring harness in my existing emergency lighting unit?

The battery uses T1/F1 terminals, which are the standard faston tabs found on most 6V 7Ah SLA packs, so they will plug into the same harness your old unit used.

How can I confirm the EP666 is delivering power correctly once installed?

After fitting the battery, press the test button on the emergency light; the lamps should illuminate at full brightness for the rated duration, showing the 6V 7Ah pack is holding charge.
