What this product is

The RefurbUPS Leoch LP12-7 is a new 12 V 7 Ah sealed lead-acid replacement cartridge designed for uninterruptible power supplies. It ships as a single factory-fresh battery with installation instructions included.

Practical limits of the standard

The 12 V SLA chemistry delivers high-rate discharge for short backup windows but cannot sustain long runtimes or deep-cycling without capacity loss. Recharge time and cycle life follow the limits of valve-regulated lead-acid technology.

What to check before ordering

Verify that your UPS accepts a 12 V 7 Ah brick with the same terminal layout and physical footprint. Confirm the existing battery’s voltage and amp-hour rating match this cartridge before installation.

Questions about this item

Should I choose this single 12 V 7 Ah battery or a multi-cell kit for my UPS?

This listing supplies exactly one 12 V 7 Ah sealed lead-acid block; if your UPS requires a single 12 V cartridge it will fit directly, otherwise check your unit's manual for the required number of cells.

What does the 7 Ah rating mean once the battery is installed in my UPS?

The 7 Ah figure shows the charge the cell can deliver at its rated discharge rate; in practice it determines how many minutes the UPS can power your load during an outage.

What connection standard does the Leoch LP12-7 use and what does it limit?

The battery uses standard F2 quick-disconnect tabs; they cap the maximum current to what the tab size and your UPS wiring can safely handle.
