Questions about this item

How often will the 12V12A SLA battery need replacement in a security panel?

A 12V12A SLA battery in a security panel typically lasts three to five years before capacity drops enough to require replacement.

What is the first limit reached when the battery backs up a full alarm load?

The 12 Ah capacity is the first limit; once the stored charge is depleted the panel loses backup power.
