Questions about this item

Does this kit fit my Tripp Lite SMART1500 UPS without any other parts?

Yes, the kit contains three 12V7A batteries that match the RBC53 cartridge used by the SMART1500, so no extra components are required.

Can I mix these new 12V7A batteries with the older cells still inside my UPS?

No, all three batteries should be replaced together; mixing fresh and aged cells reduces runtime and can damage the UPS charging circuit.

How do I confirm the replacement is working once the batteries are installed?

Power on the UPS, let it charge fully, then run a self-test or unplug the input to verify the unit holds the load on battery power.
