Three-Battery Kit for Tripp Lite SMART700HG

This kit supplies three factory-fresh 12V7A sealed lead-acid cartridges that match the original RBC53 specification. It is intended for administrators who need to restore runtime on a SMART700HG uninterruptible power supply without sourcing cells individually.

Drop-In Cartridge Set for Existing UPS

Each cartridge fits the existing battery bay, so no chassis modification or additional wiring is required. The package includes step-by-step replacement instructions, freeing the installer from hunting for service manuals or proprietary connectors.

7 Ah Total Capacity per Cell

The three 7 Ah cells collectively reinstate the UPS rated runtime for typical server loads. Runtime will diminish once the connected load exceeds the UPS design envelope, at which point a higher-capacity UPS becomes necessary.

Questions about this item

How long will three 12 V 7 Ah cells sustain a 700 VA load before voltage drops?

The kit supplies three 12 V 7 Ah high-rate cells; run time depends on the UPS load profile and inverter efficiency, so consult the SMART700HG manual for exact discharge curves.

Does the battery pack generate noticeable heat or fan noise during continuous float charging?

Sealed lead-acid cells produce minimal heat while on float charge; any audible noise comes from the UPS internal fan, not from the battery cartridge itself.

Which UPS models accept this three-cell cartridge without modification?

The kit is built as a direct replacement for Tripp Lite SMART700HG and RBC53 units; it fits the existing battery tray and uses the original connectors.
