What this kit replaces

This kit provides two compatible 6V12A sealed lead-acid batteries built for the Tripp Lite SMART750 UPS. It restores backup runtime when the original cells reach end of life. The package is sold new and ready for immediate installation.

Check your UPS model first

Verify that the unit you are servicing is the SMART750 and that it requires exactly two RBC52 cartridges. Confirm the existing batteries are 6V12A high-rate discharge SLA types before ordering. No other UPS models or voltage configurations are addressed by this kit.

What the bundled instructions add

The included installation guide walks through safe removal and replacement of both cartridges step by step. Following the guide reduces the risk of wiring errors and helps the UPS recognise the fresh batteries without extra configuration.

Questions about this item

Does the kit contain both batteries or must I order a second one separately?

The kit includes two 6V 12Ah sealed lead-acid batteries, so no additional units are needed for a standard SMART750 replacement.

How do I confirm this kit matches my SMART750 instead of another Tripp Lite model?

The kit is built around two RBC52-compatible cartridges rated at 6V 12Ah, which is the exact specification Tripp Lite lists for the SMART750.

What does the 12Ah rating mean for actual runtime when the UPS is under load?

At the UPS's 750 VA rating the pair delivers roughly 12 ampere-hours at 12 V, giving several minutes of backup depending on the connected equipment's power draw.
