Vision CP1272 Compatible UPS Battery

The Vision CP1272 is a 12V 7A sealed lead-acid replacement battery built for UPS units that require this specific cartridge. It arrives factory-fresh and ready for immediate installation in compatible backup power systems.

Suits owners of UPS models that accept the CP1272

Buyers needing a different voltage, capacity or physical size should verify their UPS documentation before purchasing because this kit only provides the single 12V 7A unit described.

Installation follows the included step-by-step guide

The process typically involves powering down the UPS, opening the battery compartment, disconnecting the old cell and connecting the new one with the same polarity. The most common issue is reversing the terminal connections, which prevents the UPS from recognising the battery.

Questions about this item

What UPS voltage and capacity does the Vision CP1272 12V 7A battery replace?

The Vision CP1272 is a direct compatible replacement for UPS units requiring a single 12V 7Ah sealed lead-acid battery cartridge.

Can I mix this new 12V 7A battery with an older battery already installed in my UPS?

For optimal runtime and balanced charging, replace all batteries in the UPS at the same time rather than mixing a new Vision CP1272 with an aged cell.

How do I verify the Vision CP1272 battery is functioning correctly after installation?

After following the included installation instructions, run a self-test or simulate a mains failure; the UPS should hold load and report normal battery status.
