12-Pack 18mm Snap-Off Utility Knives

This set supplies twelve retractable utility knives with 18mm snap-off blades made from SK5 carbon steel. The pack is built for warehouse work, construction, home improvement, moving, shipping and general DIY tasks. Each knife uses a smooth sliding mechanism for one-handed blade adjustment.

Capacity and headroom: 18mm blades and 12 knives

The 18mm wider blades handle cardboard, drywall, carpet, plastic wrap, foam board, leather, vinyl, rope and packaging materials with deep, clean cuts. Eight snap-off segments per blade extend usable life before a full replacement is needed. The set runs out when all segments across the twelve knives are exhausted.

Safety lock secures blade during heavy cuts

A reinforced lock holds the blade firmly in place and prevents accidental retraction under pressure. This locking mechanism keeps the edge stable for repetitive cutting jobs in professional and daily use. Buyers who need a fixed-blade knife or a different blade width should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Will the 18mm snap-off blades work with the older 9mm handles I already own?

No, the 18mm blades are wider and will not fit 9mm handles; each knife in this set includes its own handle.

How can I confirm the safety lock is engaging properly on each knife?

Extend the blade, slide the lock forward until it clicks, then press firmly on the blade tip — it should not retract or wobble.

Does the 12-pack include replacement blades or only the knives themselves?

The box contains 12 complete knives; each knife comes with an 8-segment SK5 carbon steel blade already installed.
