Non-slip rug pad 2' x 3' ivory

This non-slip rug pad measures 2' x 3' in an ivory rectangle and weighs .181 kilograms. It uses a PVC-coated polyester grid to grip both the rug and the floor without adhesive. The pad is designed for indoor use on sealed hard surfaces and is not intended for stairs, heated floors, carpet, vinyl, lacquered, acrylic, natural stone, porous, refinished surfaces or concrete.

Practical limits of the PVC grid grip

The open-grid construction allows vacuums to pass over the rug without displacing the pad. It must be placed on a clean, dry floor and smoothed flat before the rug is laid on top. Spot cleaning is the only recommended care method. The material is not rated for stair installations, radiant-heat flooring or any of the excluded surface types listed in the specifications.

Replaces loose rugs and unprotected floors

This pad replaces the need for separate anti-slip tapes or heavy underlays by combining grip, floor protection and rug preservation in one layer. It is worth adding when a rug slides during daily use, when hard floors risk scratches from rug backing, or when rug fibres wear prematurely from friction. Buyers who need a pad for stairs, heated floors or the excluded surface types should choose a different product.
