95 mm Bi-Metal Hole Saw

The RICHELIEU 963851 is a 95 mm bi-metal hole saw supplied with a screw-in mandrel and pilot drill. It is intended for tradespeople and DIY users who need to cut clean holes in metal, plastic or wood using a standard power drill.

4/6 variable tooth pitch

The 4/6 variable tooth pitch provides efficient cutting across mixed materials while the heavy-duty backing plate maintains rigidity. The M3 high-speed steel teeth are electron-beam welded for consistent hardness, and the EZE Slot allows quick plug removal on diameters of 45 mm and larger.

Mandrel and pilot drill included

The bundled screw-in mandrel and pilot drill mean the saw is ready to use without purchasing separate arbor components. The pilot drill centres the cut for accuracy, and the integrated mandrel simplifies blade changes on the job site.

Questions about this item

Will the 95 mm hole saw work with my older drill chuck?

The included mandrel has a standard shank that fits most drill chucks, so the 95 mm saw can be used with your existing drill.

How do I know the bi-metal blade is cutting correctly?

The 4/6 variable tooth pitch produces steady chips in metal, plastic and wood, and the EZE Slot lets you eject the plug easily once the cut is complete.

Does the 963851 kit include the mandrel and pilot drill, or must I buy them separately?

The set ships with a screw-in mandrel and pilot drill already included, so no extra purchase is needed to start cutting.
