Ring Charging Station for Quick Release Packs

The Ring Charging Station powers one or two Quick Release Battery Packs simultaneously from a standard wall outlet. It is intended for owners of compatible Ring smart locks who want a dedicated dock instead of relying on a Micro USB cable alone.

Power input 100 to 240 volts 50 or 60 hertz

The station accepts 100 to 240 volts at 50 or 60 hertz with a 0.5 amp draw and delivers up to 18 watts through 5 volt 3 amp, 9 volt 2 amp or 12 volt 1.5 amp outputs. A USB type A to type C cable and power adapter are included for a direct connection to mains power.

Compact dock frees USB ports and outlet space

The white dock plugs straight into a wall socket so no extra USB ports or hubs are occupied while both batteries charge nearly twice as fast as a Micro USB cord. Buyers who need to charge more than two packs at once or who use locks without Quick Release packs will need a different solution.

Questions about this item

How do I set up the charging station and what outlet voltage should I check?

Plug the included power adapter into a standard 100-240V, 50/60Hz outlet, connect the USB Type-A to Type-C cable to the station, then insert one or two Quick Release Battery Packs; the step often missed is ensuring the adapter is fully seated before placing batteries.

What part will need replacement first with regular use?

The Quick Release Battery Packs themselves will degrade over repeated charge cycles and eventually hold less charge, requiring new packs to maintain full operation.

What limits how fast the station can recharge two packs at once?

The 18W maximum output at 9V or 12V caps the combined charging speed, so dual-bay charging shares that power budget rather than doubling it.
