Hook-and-Loop Cable Ties — 6-Inch Red Pack

These Rip-Tie wraps measure six inches long and one inch wide with a half-millimetre thickness. Each tie uses a patented design where one end stays on the cable while the pull-tab end fastens single-handed. The nylon material operates from minus seventy to two hundred degrees Fahrenheit and withstands ninety pounds of tensile force.

Ten-Pack Quantity for Multi-Cable Jobs

The box contains ten individual red ties rated for up to ten thousand release cycles. A maximum bundle diameter of one and a half inches sets the hard limit for any cable group you secure. No mounting holes or marking areas are included on the strap itself.

Installers Needing Reusable Single-Hand Straps

Technicians who repeatedly open and close bundles will benefit from the pull-tab action and high cycle life. Buyers who want adhesive-backed mounts, screw-mount holes or write-on identification panels should look at something else.

Questions about this item

What does the 90 lb tensile strength mean when I use these ties on a cable bundle?

The tie can hold a bundle under up to 90 lb of pull force before the hook-and-loop grip gives way.

How does the wrap-style closure limit the largest bundle I can secure?

The wrap design closes around bundles up to 1.50 in diameter; larger bundles will not overlap enough to engage the hook-and-loop.

What clearance do I need to fit a 6 in tie around a 1.50 in bundle?

Allow roughly 6 in of free length plus the 1 in width so the tie can wrap fully and the pull tab remains accessible.
