Everyday health watch

The RLQA G104S is a 1.83 inch smart watch with a TFT touchscreen and silicone band in Starlight. It pairs via Bluetooth with Android and iOS phones to deliver call handling, message alerts and app notifications directly on the wrist. The lithium-ion battery supports up to 10 days of typical use between charges.

Da Fit app and 120 plus sport modes

The companion Da Fit application provides 200 plus watch faces and lets you upload personal photos for the dial. It also aggregates data from more than 120 activity profiles including walking, running, cycling and yoga, recording steps, distance, calories and active minutes. Continuous heart-rate, blood-oxygen and blood-pressure readings plus automatic sleep-stage tracking feed into the same dashboard for trend review.

Bluetooth and IP68 limits

Bluetooth connectivity handles voice calls and notification relay but does not support cellular independence or music streaming without the paired phone nearby. The IP68 rating protects against sweat, rain and accidental splashes during daily wear yet is not certified for swimming, diving or high-pressure water exposure. Charging requires the proprietary cable and a standard USB power source not included in the box.

Questions about this item

How often will the silicone strap need replacing?

The silicone band is designed for daily wear; replacement depends on personal use and is not tied to a fixed schedule.

What limits continuous heart-rate tracking during long workouts?

Battery life of 10 days sets the practical limit; the 24/7 monitor runs until the lithium-ion cell needs recharging.

Does the watch get hot or noisy when worn all day?

No fan or moving parts are present; the TFT touchscreen and Bluetooth calling module operate silently with negligible heat.
