Check your radio has a 3.5 mm external speaker

Verify that your CB radio provides an external speaker output compatible with an 8 Ohm load. The included 8-foot cord length determines placement options, so confirm the routing distance from radio to mounting location. This speaker is not suited for installations requiring a different connector type or impedance rating.
