Roby Technology Co., Limited 3 RJ11 Cat3 Wall Plate 86 mm

Three-Port RJ11 Wall Plate

This white 86 mm square faceplate mounts flush to a wall and provides three RJ11 keystone sockets for analogue telephone or fax lines. It is intended for home or small-office installations that need multiple voice outlets in a single gang box.

Cat3 wiring limit

The modules are rated for Category 3 performance, so they support traditional PSTN voice service but cannot carry broadband Ethernet or high-speed data signals. Installers should not use these ports for network links that require Cat5e or higher bandwidth.

Screw-mount installation

Two screws are supplied for fixing the plate to a standard UK-style back box; the polycarbonate body is rigid enough to withstand normal handling but can crack if over-tightened. The keystone inserts snap in from the front, so misaligned cut-outs in the back box are the most common cause of a loose fit.
