Compact 1.3 L frame bag for daily cyclists

This ROCKBROS top-tube bag adds 1.3 litres of weather-proof storage directly on the frame. A hard EVA shell holds its shape and shields contents from knocks, while sealed double zippers keep rain out. The integrated TPU window lets riders operate phones up to 7.5 × 4.3 cm without removing the device. Three hook-and-loop straps secure the bag in seconds and the phone pouch detaches for quick stops.

Upgrade from open baskets or loose pockets

Riders moving up from mesh pockets, handlebar baskets or jersey pockets gain impact protection and full water resistance in one mount. The jump is worth it when you carry a phone, keys and nutrition together and need them readable and dry in showers. Commuters who previously stuffed items into a backpack appreciate the lower centre of gravity and instant screen access for navigation.

Check handlebar and top-tube clearance before

Verify that three hook-and-loop straps can wrap your specific bar and tube diameters without interfering with brake levers or shift cables. Confirm the 7.5 × 4.3 cm phone window matches your device dimensions, as larger handsets will not fit. Ensure the single 1.3 litre compartment covers your typical load; riders needing more volume or a second bottle cage mount should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How much space between the top tube and stem do the three hook-and-loop straps need to wrap around?

The bag uses three hook-and-loop straps that wrap around the top tube and stem; measure your tube circumference to ensure the straps can fasten securely.

Which side of the detachable phone pouch faces the TPU touchscreen window during installation?

Align the phone pouch so its screen side presses against the clear TPU window, then press the hook-and-loop panels together until they lock.

How should the sealed double zippers be cleaned after muddy rides to keep the 1.3 L compartment waterproof?

Rinse the zippers with fresh water, brush away grit, then apply a silicone zipper lubricant; avoid petroleum-based products that degrade the EVA shell.
